HOW TO ORDER
Begin by browsing through our unique collection of jewellery, selecting your favourite items adding them to your cart. If you would like a completely bespoke piece (EG a different shape, material or size listed on our website) please submit a form on the bespoke page and we will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we will send you an e-mail with instruction on how, and where to send your incisions too, this is a PO BOX however if you are local to Sudbury which is where I make my jewellery please feel free to email mabelskeepsakes@gmail.com to arrange a drop off time. Incisions accepted are breastmilk, formular, hair strands, ashes, petals, umbilical cord unless agree otherwise. Please note, I keep no jewellery on site for viewing.
Please ensure your incisions are sent to us within 14 days of placing your order unless agreed otherwise.
Please note, every piece is made to order. Once we receive your incisions, we aim to make and dispatch your jewellery within 14 days if the jewellery ordered is in stock. Should you pre-order a piece please refer to the wait time listed on the website. We will email you once your incisions arrive, and email you again once dispatched along with tracking information.
Due to every item being personalised, regretfully our products are non returnable/ refundable. If for any reason however, your jewellery does not meet your expectation please get in touch with us and we would be more than happy to help.
